My initial consultation was a phone call with Carl Shusterman and another colleague. It was a bit disorganized and he spent half of the pai...d consultation time talking about the fees which was very off-putting. I recommend they revise this. However, I had worked with his office before so continued with the process. After the initial experience, the remaining interactions were great and they were very attentive to my questions.
