J "Chip" Siegel was extremely helpful and patient from the beginning. He never gave us false hopes, but patiently answered all of our questions and gave us good advice for steps to take while we were waiting. Of course, the best part is that he was able to get the charge reduced to a traffic violat...ion.

I got a 2nd DUI and was facing jail time. Mr Siegel was able to negotiate the charge down to Reckless Driving (with fines, classes, probation ,etc) because he found the arresting officer made a procedural error. The error was an error based only on a very recent NV Supreme Court decision, of which ...Mr. Siegel was astutely aware.
