I contacted so many attorneys before deciding to go with Chip, because he was the first attorney I sat down with who spoke with me directly, and didn't refer me to another member of his team who would be handling my case. Chip personally handles every case, and from the get go was very upfront and ho...nest about my best and worst case scenarios. He doesn't sugarcoat anything, which was difficult at times, however it made me trust his expertise. I did not have to go to a single court date, and I received a summary of results the same day each time Chip appeared for me. Per Chip's advice, I was proactive and completed all classes prior to my trial. I received a phone call 4 days before I was scheduled to appear - reduced to reckless! Case closed. I did not have to go back to court. Chip was the perfect choice, and his assistant, Connie, is an absolute pleasure to work with. A DUI is not worth the last year and a half of stress, anxiety and depression I dealt with in fear that my future was completely gone, and I am so grateful to Chip and his team for a fresh start.

Would not recommend anyone else but Chip. My situation was very complicated with a potential of substantial punishment that would have changed my life to say the least. Without going int...o great detail he was able to take 3 charges including 1 felony count and get them reduced to a minor traffic violation.
