I was arrested for an LV misdemeanor. Never been arrested before. I live out of state of NV. I followed Jay's excellent advice to take an online class prior to the court date which he knew would be a requisite no matter the outcome. Jay presented my side to the Prosecutor and to the Judge without ...me there and the case was dismissed with a 'small' $250 bail surrender. Thank you Jay!

Bottom line is, after all was said and done, I am not a felon, I am not going to prison, I am not going to jail. There are definately some hoops I have to jump through before everything is over, but I have a great job that I get to keep, and I get to continue to keep driving (albeit with a breathalyzer in the car). Chip was a pleasure to work with, and I got great results.

I had no realistic expectations of beating the charge set against me which would have included significant penalties not only in Nevada but also in my resident state.
