Good for others, not so good for me.
Back in 2006 I was looking for a lawyer that might know something about section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and how to wave the two years requirement to return home for a J-1 Visa holder and a friend of mine highly recommended Mr Farrokh Parsi as being the one that handled his wife ...
I do not recall a client with 212(e) waiver whom I have not helped successfully. The writer who does not disclose his or her name is unfairly accusing me of being "nothing but trouble ". It should be noted that the writer acknowledges that "for others Mr. Farrokh Parsi was a real help". The process of obtaining a 212(e) waiver requires client's cooperation in obtaining the required documents from his or her Government authorities, including the Embassy in the U.S. The writer appears to blame his or her own failure to obtain those pre-requisite documents on me. This is the only complaint I have had during the past 22 years of Immigration Practice in Arizona or for that matter during the past 30 years of practicing law in New York and Arizona.
