Immigration needs

Mr. Parsi has been the best Immigration Lawyer for my husband‘s case. Especially around the pandemic time and things being so restrictive the last three years and turkey. I would definitely recommend Mr. Parsi for any immigration need you or a friend may need. We simply love this lawyer....he’s like ...none other

Immigration issues he is Excellent .. and Experience lawyer I didn’t see any one like him he helps me a lot

I had very hard time with my green card no buddy were Except my case bcz nobuddy know how to Handle my case some one gave me his number he got my green card in one year and every time when I was sad he always Support me he always told me don’t worry I will go with u and the end and he Enterduce me ... with his friend she help me too take my paper work to court and win the case he gave me a good Advice I will never forgot him he is a very good person I will always pray for him

Good for others, not so good for me.

Back in 2006 I was looking for a lawyer that might know something about section 212(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and how to wave the two years requirement to return home for a J-1 Visa holder and a friend of mine highly recommended Mr Farrokh Parsi as being the one that handled his wife ...case regarding the marriage with a US citizen and for the positive outcome of their case. While the outcome in my friend case was positive that didn't happen to me, actually quite the oposite. Mr Parsi suppose to look in to my case and get back to me as soon as possible since the time was critical for me. He never did it and I had to call him many times and remind him about my problem. After 6 months of not knowing/willing what to do he finally refereed me to a lady (also a lawyer) that only need it 10 seconds to give me the right answer, over the phone. One more week and my case would be lost for good. I had to spend extra money to expedite my problem and I barely made it to the deadline. While for others Mr Farrokh Parsi was a real help for me was nothing but troubles and I lost a lot of (very important) time.

I do not recall a client with 212(e) waiver whom I have not helped successfully. The writer who does not disclose his or her name is unfairly accusing me of being "nothing but trouble ". It should be noted that the writer acknowledges that "for others Mr. Farrokh Parsi was a real help". The process of obtaining a 212(e) waiver requires client's cooperation in obtaining the required documents from his or her Government authorities, including the Embassy in the U.S. The writer appears to blame his or her own failure to obtain those pre-requisite documents on me. This is the only complaint I have had during the past 22 years of Immigration Practice in Arizona or for that matter during the past 30 years of practicing law in New York and Arizona.

Farrokh Parsi has my respect

My family had a unique situation in obtaining their green cards. Mr.Parsi used his skill and came up with a solution that enabled my entire family to recieve their green cards. He is a very honest attorney, and I now consider him a family friend.

Difficult case

Mr. PARSI is the best Immigration lawyer in Arizona and not only! I had had a very difficult case for three years. Mr. Parsi appealed it and last year , 2015, in September , we won. I do not have words to thanks MR. Parsi for what he did for me . I remember he said one day: " We can take the easiest ...way, but I want to fight until the end". Now, I am the happiest with a permanent green card!! Thank you very much , Mr. Parsi! I wish you good luck in everything that you do!
