Hire Jay if you have been charged with a serious traffic offense

I recently hired Jay to defend me against the charge that I failed to report an accident and did not exchange information with the other driver. Each offense carried a potential 12 point driving penalty and even a possible jail sentence. While I believed that I was innocent of these charges, I did ...not want to run the risk of having my driver's license suspended if I was found guilty of either one of the charges. Jay met with the prosecutors and successfully negotiated a plea bargain I could live with -- four points and an insignificant fine for careless driving. This was an outstanding effort in my opinion and I would recommend Jay to anyone. HIs knowledge of the criminal justice system, the local prosecutors, and the law enabled me to avoid a potentially serious result by entering a plea to a relatively minor infraction. Thank you Jay.

An excellent attorney

I was faced with a DUI and another charge in 2010. Jay was the most fantastic attorney. He walked me thru the process and I ultimately had the charges lessened. He then walked me thru all the steps for eary reinstatement of my license and early removal of the interlock. I would highly recommend h...im to anyone

Very helpful and responsive

Jay represented me in my case for driving with a suspended license and an additional traffic ticket in Jefferson County, Colorado. He made things very easy and painless and was able to get the charges dropped which was a huge relief.
