I was working in Colorado from another state. I hired Jay and his firm for the following, I was facing a 3rd DUI conviction up to 9 months in jail and 2 years probation , a bench warrant for failure to appear. Jay is absolutely, positively the best DUI attorney you will find. I cannot recommend him highly enough and if I could give him 10 stars I would. I was originally charged with DUI with a very high BAC, careless driving, and hit-and-run. I was in some serious trouble and was facing a hefty sentence. Jay persuaded the DA to drop the careless driving and hit-and-run charges and when it came to sentencing I received the minimum punishment across the board - minimum jail time (the statute requires at least 10 days which is what I received) and got work release, minimum community service time, minimum probation, minimum education and therapy track, and my fine was half of what the judge could have imposed.
