Knowing that I was in a situation that was very serious I needed to find a Lawyer that I could trust without having to do the big leap of faith. I was arrested for DUI while I was asleep in the drivers seat. I had too much to drink at a local bar with a co-worker. My phone died while I was in the... bar and went to my car to charge it to call for a ride. I fell asleep in the drivers seat after starting my vehicle and didn't even get as far as plugging my phone in. As a person who has never had a criminal charge against me before I would get very worried about things that would be said in trial and before I even asked Jay he was informing me that certain things are not going to play any part in our defense. He was cool calm and collected throughout which made me allot more at ease. I just knew I could count on him to give me the best possible chance at a Not Guilty verdict. Now the verdict...NOT GUILTY for DUI. DUI laws aren't as logical as you would think and going through all of this I now have such a good understanding of the laws and how to avoid this ever happening again. All of that is due to Jay. There would be no one else I would recommend should you be in a similar situation. DUI's are very serious situations and could effect the rest of your life.
