They took my case after my chosen lawyer couldn't continue. They know of whom I speak. I was in panic mode, until I was referred and made the call. They handled both my court appeal, and set up a CO DMV hearing to protest a mis judgement, DMV was going to visit on me. I seriously think CO DMV was ...going to ride rough shod over me at that hearing without the intervention from the Tiftickjian firm. And then when DMV dropped the incident and the hearing was canceled, the firm pro-rated of a portion their fee and returned it back into my account. Who does that this day and age ? Thanks Amy !! I was working in Colorado as an out of state resident when I was charged with DUI. As someone who has never been charged with anything previously, I was shaken and had little idea as what to do. I interviewed several law firms, and it became immediately obvious that Jay Tiftickjian's firm was supe...rior. Because my case was a bit different (out of state resident), I had several options. I pled guilty because the evidence against me was insurmountable, but it was during sentencing that Jay demonstrated his thorough knowledge of the court system. Due to Jay’s “good lawyering”, I was sentenced to unsupervised probation in my home state, which is almost never sanctioned. Jay still represents me at court during probation.
