Kurk Hopke is the best out there. When I went to Mr.Hopke I didn't have the money most lawyers would want before they even talk to you, but I was honest with him and he worked with me. He not only have a heart for his practice but for family. There is not one time that I called and couldn't get him. ...He not only help me with my legal matter but was willing to go the extra mile and help me with some family issues. As I write this review I am in tears because I have a record that's not great at all I just came home from prison and made a mistake. He understood the importance in me not going back to jail and he made sure that didn't happen. If you pass him up it would be the worse mistake of your life. Kurk Hopke is the best.

I was arrested and charged with stealing a car (BIG MISUNDERSTANDING) and a friend referred me to Kurt after he got his charges reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. I wanted an experienced attorney. I met with a lot of lawyers that didn't know what they were talking about. Kurt worked in the D.A.'...s Office and explained to me everything I was dealing with. He always drove out to me, which was great. I never had to drive out to his office. He arranged a payment plan for me that I could handle. My case dragged on forever because it kept being reset. Kurt was always on top of everything. He worked real hard. He got my case dismissed! I'm so glad I chose him.

This lawyer failed to give a contract and a reciept. A sum of money was given to this lawyer to get started on our case. There was not even a phone call made on our behalf. When we informed him that we were hiring another lawyer (I finally got a contract three days later that I never signed) I asked... about a refund. He stated that he earned that money but would never answer on what he did to earn it.

I was facing serious charges and had lost all hope until I met Kurt. I had gone through two lawyers before him, both of which let me down. Kurt was professional and very knowledgeable. I just found out today that my case has been dismissed. Kurt worked very hard to make it happen and I am very gratef...ul. I was shocked to see someone wrote something negative about him. I was given a contract and receipt at our first meeting. He was recommended to me by a friend who also was very happy with his work. If you talk to him, you'll know that he is honest and knows what he's doing.
