I will be forever indebted to Kurt for what he has done for me. I was initial charges were PCS 1-4g, theft of a motor vehicle, and a 2nd degree felony fraud charge. I bonded out and then caught a 1st degree felony PCS charge along with a 1st degree fraud case. It's truly a miracle I'm able to write t...his review considering the severity of my charges. But once you have Kurt by your side, you start calling miracles "the Kurt Hopke special" in this case, that was an 8 years deferred sentence on the 2 fraud charges only. The 3 other charges were dismissed. The best thing about having Kurt as your lawyer is knowing that you have someone that will do what's in your best interest. I can't tell you how important that is when you find yourself in jail and no way to help yourself. Oh, and if you are incarcerated while fighting your cases, Kurt visits his clients more so than some family members do. Be prepared to have many jealous cell mates. Kurt took our case which was a probation violation. He had two felony cases and one felony prior. After writing writs to the court of criminal appeals, two of the three felonies went away.
