Life Changing!

I hired Mr Gustitis for a Non-disclosure related to some trouble I got into during my late teens that has followed me throughout life, with increasing amounts of negative impact on my career over the 25 years since it happened. Mr. Gustitis Has Your Best Interest at Heart

I was VERY skeptical of spending money on legal help when all I had to do was plead guilty, do community service, take an awareness class, and that would be the end of it. But, one year later, I'm glad I hired him. He got the entire case dismissed. I highly recommend Mr. Gustitis. Mr. Gustitis sp...ent a lot of time getting to know me as a person before asking about the case. Once he knew my background, my tendancies, my goals, and the context surrounding the case, he began asking about what happened. I knew he had my best interest at heart. He was very understanding and carefully detailed all of my legal options, weighing each option's ramifications. He did not pressure me into hiring him (I did). He spent a lot of time gathering evidence (police reports, body cam footage, statements, etc) and told me how it could be used to help fight my charges. Eventually, Mr. Gustitis was able to get the case dismissed by the Texas court system. I still had to deal with University probation and student conduct punishments, but it was such a relief to know that the criminal charges were dropped. I know he was behind the scenes talking to people on my behalf. If you need representation, I highly recommend Mr. Gustitis.

The best or nothing

After being charged with misdemeanor DWI, I immediately sought legal counsel and was recommended to consult with Mr. Gustitis. I knew after the first meeting that Steve was above the rest, having already met with several other attorneys. He displayed a breadth of knowledge that surpassed the others I... had spoken with and expressed sincere concern for myself and the issues I faced (an aspect lacking in many of the others). Both Nelda and Steve were instrumental in my navigation of the legal process and were informative and patient with me the entire way. Where most would have taken a plea deal, I took my case to trial on the confidence I had in Steve's abilities. His thorough examination of the case and compelling arguments ultimately led to a NOT GUILTY verdict. I would not hesitate to seek his legal guidance and expertise.

Our daughter was arrested in an apartment sweep and was obliged to spend a night in jail. She reached us at 7am the following morning. On our way to College Station a series of phone calls/research identified Steve from the Aggie Mom's network. By the time we were finished with the bail process, a...n appointment with Steve had been arranged for that afternoon. Our daughter was responding to the ordeal with the full spectrum of emotions that result from a police action that presumed guilt. Steve's entire focus was on our daughter, as his client. My wife and I were simply note takers. He was calm, patient, and pulled our daughter off the ceiling by clearly and concisely explaining all aspects of the facts as he knew them at that moment, and laying out a game plan that allowed her to regain some measure of equilibrium. Cost was defined, explained, and fixed. Steve worked with us completely. Both Steve and Nelda became emotional support for our daughter. She had to return to classes knowing that Brazos county releases mug shots. The emotional support they provided helped her regain her confidence and their patient explanations of the system helped her to understand that while she was in the system, she was not obligated to become a victim of the system. Steve's knowledge, calm, and professionalism allowed our daughter to be strengthened by this experience. All charges were dropped and our daughter's record cleared. She was engaged in the process because she chose to be and because Steve treated her fully as his client and her own best defender. That is completely a testament to Steve's view of his relationship with his clients and the manner of his approach. We cannot commend him enough.
