My son got into so trouble while a student at Texas A&M and we reached out to Steve for help in both in dealing with the Texas A&M review board and the Brazos County judicial authorities. The first thing I can mention is that Steve did not treat us just like another file on his desk, but gave us very... personel attention. I know he had a busy workload, but he treated us like we were his only case. He did not tell us what we wanted to hear, but told us what to expect and fully explain the process that we would endure. Steve was no only very qualified inthe law aspect, but fully understood the process around the courthouse. I would highly recommend Steve for any issues that require a good lawyer in the Brazos County area.

Great Lawyer who truly cares about his clients

When I had some trouble with the law, I didn't know who to turn to for help. Luckily, I found Stephen Gustitis in Bryan, TX. I spoke with Stephen on multiple occasions and he always returned my phone calls when I needed to talk with him. He explained my options and made sure I understood the entir...e process before moving forward. It was obvious that he was interested in seeing justice served and helping me through this rough time of my life. I would recommend Stephen Gustitis to anyone because he is honest and he will do the best job he can. We eventually went to a jury trial where Stephen was able to have my charges dismissed. I know that Stephen worked on my case for many days and nights; he spent many hours preparing for my case even when I wasn't watching. He knows the law inside and out and his experience shows. I can NOT imagine how things could have ended up if I hadn't found Stephen Gustitis and had him defend me in a court of law. Stephen Gustitis is reliable and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone.

Stephen was very helpful and professional

Stephen helped me through some legal issues this year and I found him to be very helpful, professional and communicated clearly with me so I actually understood my legal options and what was happening. I recommend him for anyone in the Brazos area.

Great Attorney with Over the Top Results

I have had three Possession of Marijuana arrests from age 17 to 19. The third one happened to be in Brazos County while I attended Texas A&M for which I was caught with paraphernalia and no actual narcotics. I hired Lane Thiboduex to handle my possession case, to which I was pushed into taking a terr...ible plea bargain when a trial could have been easily won. I was given 18 months probation and was revoked for mostly technical violations fourteen months later. The probation period should not have been as long as it was in my mind. I hired Stephen Gustitis to handle the revocation. He was stern, knowledgeable, and helpful in not only getting the best deal, but to also help me turn my life around and to get out of the Judicial system we all know and despise. When things seemed impossible to obtain on a deal, he made the impossible, possible. Bottom line, I wouldn't even want to be caught dead possessing drugs in Brazos County again because of their steep consequences. If I were caught again, I would hire Stephen Gustitis with no doubt in my mind to represent me with the utmost confidence. He's not only a game changer, he is a life changer.
