Excellent Attorney

We hired Mr Gustitis to handle the charges that were assessed for aggressive driving. Even though my case was complex he was able to get the charges reduced to the minimum. He explains the process throughout each step which helps to keep you calm and reassured. He always gets back to your inquiries... quickly and Nelda keeps you up to date on appearance dates and times. He was perfect lawyer to have on our side. Highly recommend!

Professional, Courteous, Honest

Professional, Courteous, Honest Definitely recommend! When my family found ourselves in need of representation for our college student, we had no idea where to begin. We began our search online, as you are doing now. Based on the reviews we read, we met with Mr. Gustitis and from that meeti...ng on we had a partner to walk through this challenging time with. He was always available to answer questions. I agree with other reviewers that Mr. Gustitis didn’t sugar-coat anything. This is absolutely what is needed when you are dealing with the legal system. He laid out a plan for our son to follow and let us know every step of the way what to expect. I admire the fact that although he clearly has a great deal of knowledge and experience, he walked us as novices through everything in a clear and concise manner. As many wonderful things as I can say about Mr. Gustitis, I have just as many to say about his paralegal, Nelda. She very efficient and kept us up to date every step of the way. She made us feel comfortable and was always kind and understanding during all of our interactions with her. He helped our son achieve an outcome that keeps his future intact. We could not be more thankful.

Case Dismissed!

I was pulled over in Burleson County & consented you a search of my vehicle. I had a passenger in the car. The officer alerted us that he found drugs. Most of which were found in my passengers backpack &/or jacket. He denied these were his, so the officer arrested & charged both of us for them. A fel...ony 2, felony 3, and a misdemeanor A. Thank god my family hired Mr. Gustitus. The consequences were vast & I was looking at my life forever being marred by this. I first called the law office, and was greeted by a warm and inviting woman on the phone. She was so reassuring. Her name is Nelda & she is AMAZING!! She scheduled the consultation & my mom and I drove down to the law office. Nelda was every bit as warm and caring in person. We then met Steve. He was calm & understanding and listened to me with compassion. He took my case and over 2 years he was confident I wouldn’t go down for something I was innocent of. He never went in to make a plea deal. He wanted them to drop the charges. He reset the case until it was time to take it to trial. I chose jury trial. 6 weeks before the trial date, I was alerted by Nelda that the DA had dropped the felony charges against me. Steve then got the misdemeanor charge dismissed. Steve gave me my life back. I can’t recommend him enough. He knows what he’s doing every step of the way. It’s the scariest thing I‘ve ever experienced. If you’re going through this now hire Steve Gustitus, because you are investing in yourself. Trusting your future with anyone else is risky. I got my future back, and you deserve to have yours too.
