Great Job

Stephen represented my son in a non-disclosure settlement and was very helpful. His legal assistant Nelda helped in every possible way by explaining the process and by providing a status throughout the process. The process was settled in less than a month. Awesome Lawyer!

Mr. Gustitis was such a great representative during my legal case! He was able to guide me on any question and helped clarify them as well. Getting an appointment with Mr. Gustitis was a breeze. Mr. Gustitis was clear on information and also helped and made aware for likely charges that were to come ...so that their would be the least amount of delay. Communication was great and on a timely manner, Nelda was amazing sending out emails, text messages and phone calls wether is was to report and changes in the legal issues or for any reminders. Nelda was always prepared, and was always able to answer any questions. I am very glad i went with Mr. Gustitis to represent me in my case.

Knowledgeable and Kind

Mr. Gustitis was very helpful at a difficult time (our daughter was arrested for domestic violence for an incident with her boyfriend), as we'd never had to consult an attorney for any kind of criminal situation. Fortunately, there was not enough to warrant charges and the DA dropped the case, but Mr.... Gustitis and his assistant Nelda were very kind, compassionate, and clear about the steps my daughter needed to take and what she could expect. This put all of us at ease and we had every confidence in this practice. I highly recommend Mr. Gustitis in these sensitive situations.

Great job

First off I'd like to say thank you to Steve.Very professional, knowledgeable and no nonsense. He knows the law and pulls no punches.My situation turned out better than expected no doubt due in part to Steve's representation.Steves assistant Nelda is also a very valuable asset to the team.She always... was knowledgeable and speedy on returning from texts and phone calls.Akways had an answer or was great at finding one quickly. Helped make a molehill out of a mountain!

We consulted with Mr. Gustitis when our college-aged son faced potential legal trouble. There were no charges initially, but we had every reason to believe charges would be forthcoming. We deemed it best to get the ball rolling by hiring Mr. Gustitis. Getting an initial appointment was painless. He g...ave my son very actionable and detailed instructions on how to start preparing for likely charges, as well as things he needed both to do and to avoid in light of how the situation might unfold. Communication from Mr. Gustitis was top notch, emails and texts from Nelda were timely and helpful, and questions were answered quickly. As any conservative attorney should, Mr. Gustitis helped us brace ourselves mentally for some of the less favorable outcomes. However, he also assured us that he would work for the best case scenario possible, yet he did so without giving us unrealistic hopes. In the meantime, as we all waited, our son sought the help necessary to stay on the right path and ensure that he would never place himself in a similar position again. In the end, we waited almost 3 months before any official word was handed down that there would be NO CHARGES against our son! We had braced ourselves for the worst, while hoping and praying for the something less than the worst. But we really had not dared to think things could turn out so well. Needless to say, we were thrilled when this decision came down. The entire 3-month period was a painful but necessary wake up call that served to help our son course correct and start making better choices. We are so grateful for the part Mr. Gustitis and Nelda played in that process. We would not hesitate to use Mr. Gustitis again if the need arose.
