Hire this man!

Mr. Gustitis was my attorney in my recent DWI case. He was meticulously prepared, extremely articulate, and managed to convince the jury to give me a better outcome than I thought was possible. He and his staff (especially Nelda) have been patient and understanding through what was a very stressful a...nd frustrating process.

Great Lawyer, Great Person

This being the first time in trouble with the law (DWI), I was lost, shaken, and confused. Mr. Gustitus, and his office, was the first call I made. He met with me the same day I called. We met and before discussing the situation I was in, he took the time to get to know myself so that when we did get... down to business, my nerves had calmed. Throughout my legal process, he never hesitated to answer questions, over the phone or in person, which was important to me to have that face-to-face communication. His character made me comfortable every step of the way. Also, Nelda is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She also helped with any questions I had. In the end, his up-to-date knowledge of law helped with our navigation to get my charges reduced. Everything he helped me with, he will also do for any person needing guidance.

Simply the Best

Mr. Gustitis did a very thorough job explaining the long and tedious process of DUI cases with my son, who was a college sophomore at the time. We knew what to expect because he had warned us ahead of time. Initially, my son's case seemed like a lost situation from the start, and Mr. Gustitis expla...ined that there might not be much we could do, but not to give up hope until all of the facts were available. He was right, and we were lucky. When our case was ready for trial almost 2 years later, there were some facts that allowed Mr. Gustitits some room for negotiation and he was able to get my son's charges reduced from a class A to a class B offense, which significantly helped. I truly feel that Mr. Gustitis and his assistant, Nelda, who was also with us all the way, helping us through, were worth the cost. If you need an attorney who knows the system and will help explain things to you up front, Mr. Gustitis is your attorney.

Best There Is

I called Mr. Gustitis on a Sunday, a SUNDAY, figured I would just "leave a message" with some answering service, within 10 minutes, he calls me, goes over my case with me on the phone, and that is when I knew "this is my attorney". Having heard about Mr. Gustitis from a colleague that goes to church ...with him, that really helped sealing the deal. Then there's Nelda, his AMAZING secretary, keeping you informed through the whole thing, I have never met anyone like her. Mr. Gustitis was extremely knowledgeable not only in law, but takes an "outside the box" approach with going into the science side of things as well. Never was I left feeling nervous about my case after talking with Mr. Gustitis, he is honest, upfront, and most of all, professional, always making me to feel like my case was the only one he was working on.
