Incompetent
This law firm needs to be investigated they are unprofessional incompetent never pick up phone calls 2 years with my case and 4 lawyers later that are in different states lost my case due to incompetence

Took my money and missed the deadline on filing
I used these guys to appeal my dismissal. Representation was indifferent. The agency decision was sustained. I asked them to appeal it and they took my money and did not file anything. They didn't seem good in the original action and then engaged in flat out fraud in the second action.

Terrible experience with firm
I hired this firm specifically to represent me in an informal EEO complaint which was closed due to my attorney (Jacquelyn Trevino) not showing up to the meeting with the EEO counselor and then ghosting us. I made a poor choice.
I hired Wersing because of his FERS experience. I paid a $5000.00 Retainer. Next, he could not understand my case and charged me to explain it to him. After that, he charged me to prepare Interrogatories and never filed a Motion to Compel after OPM ignored them. So I was charged for negligence. ...

Respectful, polite, unfortunately, the end was disappointing
Atty. Wersing's firm accepted my case when nobody did. His firm is polite, considerate, and respectful. For that, I am very thankful. And I am giving the firm a 5-star rating.
