After that, he charged me to prepare Interrogatories and never filed a Motion to Compel after OPM ignored them. So I was charged for negligence. ...Then I get an email from another attorney claiming Wersing transferred my case to her. I terminated Wersing and only got back $1,370.00 of my $5000.00 Retainer.
