I contacted Pines Federal based on the recommendations of several VA employees at my facility. I had received a proposed 5-day suspension for "conduct unbecoming a federal employee" based on one 5-minute interaction with another VA employee. There were no other incidents of this type anywhere in my... record - and no counseling or comments accomplished by management.
