My husband was let go from a federal job due to mental health issues connected with his previous military service in Iraq. I was in a panic when I Googled federal employment law attorneys and Aaron's law firm came up as the first search result. I arranged a consultation with Aaron for my husband ...and we were greatly pleased with Aaron's initial assessment that my husband could file for a disability claim from OPM! Aaron's law firm guided us through the initial steps in creating the package for the claim. We spent several months working with Aaron and his associates Scott and Shani to build the required evidence to support my husband's claim. We filed the claim in May of 2022 and it was approved in early August of 2022! I am a member of an OPM disability retirement page on Facebook: the same day that we received the letter in the mail telling us that my husband had been approved, several people on the page reported their claims as denied. I was pretty worried that day until my husband opened the letter. Aaron's firm provides great service and does an amazing job of getting OPM disability packages together! Hiring Aaron was the biggest waste of money and I lost my OPM case as he couldnt be bothered to check and see if his main argument, that i had a common law marriage in the state of Virginia, was truthful. Turns out there is no common law marriage in Virginia. He put a first year associate with no exp...erience in fed benefist then charged for both of their times. A total waste of time and money. I am filing a complaint with the bar. Lawyers have an oblligation to their clients that they are filing the arguments the are in line with the law they argue. All of his research charges are now in question. Save yourself the potential for malpractice and go somewhere where they wont implode your entire case
