Good choice to hire Herman Martinez

Mr. Martinez handled our case

Mr. Martinez and Natalie worked to dismiss charges in our case. The complaining witness had retracted her statement and Mr. Martinez got the case dismissed after completing an anger management course. He is now working on an expungement.

Excellent Houston Attorney

My spouse and I used Mr. Martinez for a domestic trial where the DA took things into their own hands. He and his team handled all the intricacies of scheduling the court date and such. Awesome attorney!

Years after DUI resolution, still giving excellent support with under 24 hour turn around for court motions. During the court process, he was always concise and prompt. I walked passed many people sitting around waiting on their attorney to show up instead of getting stuck for hours in court. ...He'll keep you out of jail and from dealing with unnecessary conditions.
