He put me at ease, which is very important during a legal process and every time I called, he returned the call personally that day. Most important, we got the mo...st favorable outcome due to 2 overall characteristics in my opinion. First characteristic is his likeability to connect to everyone. Due to his street smart savvy and likeable personality ,the opposing side and the court appointees are very likely to negotiate with him and the court process goes quickly and favorably.
