He also questioned some of the conclusions he made from circumstantial evidence. He then went on to pick apart the prosecutors arguments and countered many of their points. At the end of the day he was much more persuasive than the state and the judge found me not guilty of DUI and Negligent Driving. If they didn’t have video evidence of the stop sign violation I would bet Martin would have got me out of that as well.
