I got in touch with Martin through a common friend. My case date back to the year 2002 when I use to live in Chicago and then moved back sometime during that year to my home country unaware that the case is still open and later arrest warrant was issued since I did not complete the 10 hour alcohol as...sessment program. Before leaving Chicago I had informed the Court/Judge that I will have to leave the country permanently and requested to close the case. This will help me to reapply for driving license without having to deal with revocation of privileges.
