Fantastic DUI Attorney

Martin Lascola did a fantastic job on my DUI case. He was on top of all of the procedures and was very attentive and assessable. Martin successfully navigated some scheduling issues with my case in the court and achieved a desirable outcome in my case. I would highly recommend him.

Great Attorney

I'm a client of Martin and I have to honestly expressed that he is an exceptional individual. He constantly kept me updated regarding my case, and understood the importance of the same. I would recommend Atttorney Martin to friends and family because I care about them and they deserve the best. ... Excellent

I recently hired Mr. Lascola to represent me in an aggressive speeding case, he was able to reduce my charge down to a petty driving offense. Would definitely recommend him as well as retain him again, if needed in the future.

Reliable, Firm and gets the job done. I couldn't be more satisfied with his services.

First, Marty came highly recommended after I was sentenced in 2012 and I have been with him ever since. He has helped me with everything from obtaining travel permits from the court to consulting him for legal advice time to time. I was sentenced to four years TASC probation and I had no violatio...ns, no failed drug tests or any probation violations. I asked Marty to help me terminating my probation so that I could move onto bigger and better things with my life. Marty prepared a comprehensive report about myself and everything I had achieved over the years while on probation to present to the Judge. In sum, I was granted early termination of probation at the 3.5 year mark and Marty got the judgement against me "vacated" immediately and I AM NO LONGER A "CONVICTED" FELON. I am able to move past this mistake in my life and I couldn't have done it without Marty. I can't thank Marty enough for his hard work and dedication towards my case. It also helps to have a lawyer that is familiar with the court house!

Greatly appreciative

Attorney LaScola exceeded what he assured me he would do. Two traffic citations were dropped, no points taken and $0 fines to pay. He was ready and willing to help even in the short amount of time in which I contacted him for his services (less than 2 weeks before court date). He also charged a very ...reasonable amount for his services.
