Attorney Martin LaScola was excellent! He was very helpful when getting me through two cases smoothly and efficiently. LaScola was always on time and made every court date. He also helped me went filling a motion quickly when truly needed so that I could keep my license and avoid suspension. One thin...g that Attorney Lascola helped me with most was getting my case closed, I need my case closed for military enlistment and he was really helpful in making that a possibility. When I got my first and only speeding ticket (26-34) I and my husband were devastated - in case if anything went wrong, I would have risked my citizenship and potentially my future career. We have made a research and picked a few lawyers in Illinois with good reviews. After we spoke on the phone with... most of them, I realized that I wanted to proceed with Martin. Even on the phone I felt that he cared more than anyone else - he responded to all of my questions (and I had a few), explained what risks I am dealing with, what is the potential outcome of my case, and also he was the only one to offer a student discount to me. The case went smooth, we came to court twice, the case was resolved during the second time in less than 10 minutes. As an outcome: I have no criminal record, my insurance cost is not raised; I had to go to the driving school and at the end the Clerk terminated the sentence earlier. In addition, I did not even have to go to court again to deliver my certificate - I simply mailed it to Martin and he deliver it to court himself. Martin got my case dismissed completely! Caught in a speed trap going 30 mph over the limit (where everyone goes this speed), classified as misdemeanor, with no previous record. Martin was comforting from the first phone call. I knew he had the experience and knowledge I needed, as both an attorney a...nd former prosecutor, Martin was on point. Got back to me with in 24 hrs of contacting him, answered all my questions, gave me peace of mind, and charged me half what the other lawyers wanted. Other lawyers wanted to let the misdemeanor charge stand, Martin knew he could get the charge dropped to at least a petty and keep the misdemeanor off my record. He did me one better and worked with the prosecutor to get my case completely dismissed. Martin knows his stuff, highly highly recommended!

Martin was there for me and truly believed me after watching the DUI arrest video, proved that the arresting officer did not have enough evidence to make my life a living hell and major unconvincing of my entire life.
