Living Trust

Joe was very thorough in explaining options to us and helping us organize our trust, including a special needs trust spiget in our trust. He presented us with a very well organized binder which put all all information at our fingertips. He is also an amiable person who communicates genuine concern ...for his client with no pressure.

Complex, sensitive trust and wills successfully delivered

My wife and I hired Mr. Helm to review our needs for wills and a trust. Mr. Helm was not only patient and helpful, he was able to explain the legal documentation in layman's language. Also we were very sensitive about our requirements and needed to know how and where we could be flexible. It all work...ed out to more than meet our expectations thanks to Mr. Helm and his staff.

Estate planning

He explained the different ways to setup our will & made it easy for our girls to be able to access things when the time comes. Help with our medical power of attorney. Over all it was simple & painless. Was glad that we got this done after talking about doing this for years.
