Joe Simon is AMAZING. As a parent of a son who was facing the scariest time in his life, Joe came highly recommended and exceeded all expectations. I can't express my gratitude to Joe Simon enough. I had a very complicated legal issue that could have resulted in a five year sentence but at the very least one year. I did not have to spend anytime in jail other than the day of my arrest. I was put on bond and set free after the trial that Joe... masterfully handled. We retained Joseph Simon as our daughter who attends the University of Michigan was charged with a misdemeanor. Being that we live out of state, our concern was to of course retain proper representation with an open line of communication so we would be kept informed every step of the way. Being tha...t any criminal charge is extremely foreign to us, Mr. Simon took his time, explaining what we should expect, what our options were and advised us accordingly.
