Pretty straight forward. explained my situation and broke down the possibilities and gave me a chance to decide if that's what I wanted. He manage to give me a great deal that probably another lawyer wouldn't had thought of or probably wouldn't have tried. One thing I can say of him from my perspecti...ve is that he will help you its not just a job to him. When we were in court he managed to get me in and out after our arrival but stayed behind for almost an hour helping my boss that speaks no English. At that moment he could've gotten taken into costudy but Mr Crain (might've had to postpone a meeting or 2) stayed behind and did his best in order for my boss to stay from being taken into costudy.

Attorney Joshua Crain has helped my husband and myself with several cases, he actually got my husbands felony possession gun charge completely dismissed when the DA was offering my husband 2 years. He doesn't charge out the ass and does a damn good job. He is worth every penny!!! His legal assistant ...Haleigh is very sweet and keeps her word. When she days she will call u back she actually does it!!! They make a damn good team and we are happy to have both of them on our side!! Mr. Crain is a real bulldog in the court room!!! First I'd like to say that Mr.Crain is very professional. He took time to answer any questions that I had and talk to me about my case. Considering that I'm on the road constantly for work, which can make it to get things done in its self. He took the time to work with me and the court system, and ...was able to have my case taken care of in a timely manner. I was stopped on my way to Bonnaroo from out of state on what I thought to be shaky grounds and lied to about speeding. I also had my rights violated because of the precedent that you can't call for a drug dog to the scene of a traffic stop without reasonable suspicion. Mr. Crain pushed both rout...es of defense, as well as sought out plea bargain opportunities (diversion program etc.) before the date. He also actively sought out evidence on my behalf such as the dash cam footage. I am very impressed with his work and the situation ended up being resolved completely with a full dismissal and expungement, in one court date (very important due to beings 9 hours away). Would very much recommend and would definitely rehire (although I don't plan on ever coming back to Tennessee). A little short worded, but never due to lack of work. Very reasonable due to him probably being very busy. If I needed a response I got one in a timely manner.
