I retained Mr. Crain based on his great AVVO rating for help with a custody issue. We settled the issue in mediation where my ex had no lawyer. Somehow I lost 30 days of custody and 60% of the child support I had been receiving. Mr. Crain gave me terrible advice that I took because he was the "pro...fessional". I started bawling when we added up the days I had agreed to "give away" and Mr. Crain asked me a few times why I was so upset. He totally didn't understand. I don't think he gave me good advice and I don't think he tried to fight for my cause. I would have been much better off without a lawyer...and I would have a much thicker wallet!!!!!! In addition, though my case closed over 2 months ago, I still haven't received an updated parenting plan, but I did get a request from him to write a review! HA! Their priorities are certainly in line;)

My experience with Joshua Crain was beyond imaginable. My first lawyer was not doing all that he could but with Mr.Crain he did everything. I could tell that he put his heart into his job and he truly cares about his clients. I appreciate every single thing he did for me and my family. I am so thankf...ul that he was put into my life to be my lawyer. He went above and beyond for my case. He always went over what will happen in the court room and never left my side. Thank you.

Attorney Crain was always very informative and guided us through every step of this process. This was our son's first offense. We were both nervous and had no idea what to expect. Attorney Crain was very detailed in explaining the process, what to expect and what his goal for our son was. Every step ...and every goal he laid out, he met. First he fought to get our son bail reduced. He was able to negotiate down the amount of time for probation. He told us in our first meeting he would go for judicial diversion, but it would be a challenge due to one of our son's charges. In the end, our son received probation with diversion. This gave our son another chance at life. We will always be grateful!

All of the reviews on Mr. Crain drove me towards hiring him, and I was certainly not disappointed. He quickly met with me and laid out all of the options that were available to me. On the court date, he was able to successfully fight for a minimal punishment. I would recommend Mr. Crain to anyone in ...the Murfreesboro area who has found themselves in trouble.

Attorney Joshua T. Crain did an excellent job helping me establish a more fair parenting plan. As a non-custodial parent, I have always felt that the legal system in Murfreesboro has treated me as a lesser parent, but that stopped when I found Joshua. This is the second time he has represented me, an...d it's definitely not the last, should I need his service again. He is an excellent negotiator and a rainmaker for getting people to listen to reason. I highly recommend Mr. Crain for any non-custodial or custodial parent who feels they keep ending up with the short end of the stick.
