Josh is inconsiderate and has a problem returning a phone call. I am uncertain if his office staff relays messages correctly. I retained him and did not speak to him again even though I phoned his office 4 times and left messages for him to contact me. I did not want an in-depth conversation with him... but merely wanted to know what to expect in Court. Less than 24 hours prior to the hearing, I phoned (the 4th time in almost a month) and requested he contact me. I was advised that I had to email his assistant with any questions. When I expressed that I simply wanted to speak with him for a few minutes, I was advised that he would not represent me anymore but would at the hearing the next day. He did a good job at the hearing but advised me that if I wanted someone to phone me, he was not that guy. My problem is that when I arrived at court, I had no idea what was going to happen. I had not spoken to him in a month. I did not call a lot. I am in the legal field and understand. I simply wanted to know what to expect at my hearing. He did refund a portion of the money I paid him but remained inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I found myself in a predicament where an ex lover had made outlandish and extreme accusations against me, which resulted in her being able to place an ex parte order of protection against me. The courts require no evidence for the ex parte to be in place, but Mr Crain stood by my side at the trial an...d let the truth reign without mercy. He provided the court with ample evidence of my innocence and that I am no threat to anyone. This person tried to hurt me financially and tried to make me lose my security clearance with the stunt she pulled, but Mr Crain was able to let the judge see the proof and he dismissed the order against me immediately and expunged my record of ever showing anything had ever happened. Mr. Crain was a godsend. When the reprehensible opposing first attorney threatened my first attorney, forcing her to bow out, I found Mr. Crain. He took my case and ran with it. His methodology is very logical, to the point, and honest. He made no overt promises but spoke the truth and gave the odds... as he calculated them. He even discovered that I actually DO have marital property over which to fight in my divorce. I quickly found that he is highly revered by his peers and law enforcement; subsequently, he has valuable connections to aid in his discovery and strategy. I was not intimidated by Mr. Crain because he did not make me feel inferior (as most attorneys do). Unlike my first attorney, Mr. Crain could not be intimidated or fooled by the opposing attorneys, old or new. He understood my financial limitations and communicated through his paralegal as much as possible to help me keep costs low. Because I live far away, he communicated with me via emails and telephone calls as much and as quickly as possible. I love the fact that he has District Attorney experience because his criminal prosecution experience is very helpful when divorcing someone who committed crimes during the marriage and has committed crimes since the separation. I highly recommend him in matters of family and criminal law.

Josh did an excellent job in representing my granddaughter in a difficult situation. He was very professional and compassionate and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done in order to hopefully acheive the best outcome possible. He and his staff stayed on top of the situation and c...ommunicated frequently throughtout the day. This helped to minimize the additional stress that one has by being in court. We were from out of town and he made an extra effort to try and help expedite the case so a return trip to Murfreesboro would not be necessary. Her case was completed in one court appearance. I really appreciate his help with my granddaughters case and I would highly recommend him to anone needing legal services.

5 stars all around! Haleigh in the front office was always so kind and willing to help every time I needed something. Mr Crain was nothing short of AMAZING!! Throughout the entire experience I was very pleased to have hired him as my attorney. He was informative an educational in the process and gave... me all the information I needed to make my own decisions. As soon as I pointed a way, Mr Crain went and gave it all he had.
