Joe is such a great lawyer! He had given me so much great advice for 2 years before I even hired him. I would call him randomly & ask him questions about my tenant & rental property. It is not easy in Alabama for a father to get full custody of his daughter. Mr. Sommas was relentless in my case, and we won. In my opinion, he worked far over and above the money I paid, in order to make sure that my daughter was in a safe and stable environment, which is with me. He does not remind... me of most other lawyers I have met or dealt with. He really cares about his cases and the people involved. He is passionate about children. I was very pleased with my entire experience, and I will not use any other family law attorney in the future besides Mr. Sommas. After a couple rounds of stringent HOA enforcement, a re-read of the covenants raised questions about what could, should, and might apply to my specific situation.
