I live in Texas and have a grandson in Birmingham, AL who needed legal council for getting custody privileges for his son. Several years ago, I entered into a verbal agreement which allowed someone to rent my home. When I was ready to sell the property, the renter refused to vacate. Attorney Sommo prepared, filed and represented my interest in any and all court filings. I subsequently received a writ of possession and ph...ysical possession was restored. My sister passed away unexpectedly and Joe was the first person I called and thankfully my hunt for an estate attorney was over.
