My Wife and I were sold a Time Share Membership and were promised the sky. We then found out that this membership was for 99 years and a lot of deceptive sales practices occurred during the sale (stating real value, E-Z Transfer ETC). No one could help us and those who claimed they could, were Frauds... with irrelevant business licences. When I decided to get rid of my Cancun timeshare, I took a chance and hired the Finn Law Group. My instincts were good after the first contact and I promptly paid the required fee. It took about a year but the other day I got a letter from the resort recinding our contract. Thank God! What was r...eally unexpected was that Joel Osbourne offered to refund some of the initial down money to help me with the final arrangementt with the Mexican resort. Michael Finn's office has very capable professionals, who along with Mr. Finn, negotiated a successful termi...nation of our mortgage and return of the deed of our timeshare to the timeshare company. Our credit report is clean and our timeshare debt is gone. If you are looking for a competent representative to take on the timeshare companies, I could not recommend the firm of Michael Finn more highly!!

I bought a time share (and won't mention the name here) in Las Vegas.. boy that was an expensive mistake and one that caused my wife and I a lot of undue stress trying to get out of it. I wish I called them first, but they were the last resort I could think of after endless scouring of the internet.... Not only were they able to get us out of a terrible deal, but they did it so fast and with so much knowledge and professionalism.
