Somewhere around 5 years ago, I decided I did not have a choice but to get legal backing to get rid of this timeshare nightmare. I had already been defrauded by one company that said they had the solution, only to be shelling money there. I couldn’t have imagined them that it would have taken the lengthy timeframe to resolve but I was ecstatic the last year when they were getting traction in resolving. Throughout the timeframe, I received detail information from my lawyer either by phone , e-mail or both that never required me to have to pursue them for any clarity except for final signing of paperwork (resolution). The lawyers and other staff that I have interacted with during this time were very understanding and remained professional in all channels of communication. I hired the Finn Law Group to get me out of 2 timeshare contracts that were years old, never available for the time we wanted with fees increasing each year. The firm is straight forward, knows how to get the job done. Getting this done on your own I think is near impossible to accomplish. One too...k about 6 months and the other about 14 months.
