My case was a complicated one to say the least. I'd spoken to a few attorneys in my state on the west coast, and went over the particulars of my case. I knew I was due disability benefits, but my ex-employer was denying me from every angle possible. The separation was NOT amicable. I’m so glad Nina was assigned to my case. Employer Short and Long Term Disability insurance is a difficult at best and as much as your case worker says they are for you, they are not.
