Incredibly, Howard Weintraub also convinced the Judge to allow my daughter to voluntarily surrender to the place of her incarceration no sooner than June of 2011. What can I say about Howard? Almost four years ago I was charged with my first DUI and I logically stressed out. I felt like I had a broken a law, but I felt like the police force stepped way out of their bounds.
