Ben Alper is one of the best attorneys I ever met. Thorough, accessible, friendly and explained everything at every step. There's a lot more to a competent defense than I ever imagined and he turned over every rock and looked at all the relevant law to demand that the accuser make their case (which... they did not and the case was dismissed). Highly recommended!!

I what a case come up quick that I had thought was over and we needed to find a lawyer fast. I had called Ben and even though I was freaking out he reassured me that he could help. I love how he is straight forward with you about what he can do, what should happen and all. He got my case resolved in ...a very short amount of time. In reference to my previous review about 5 months ago (Review #103 on Howard's page) I had said that I would update my AVVO review as the case continued. Today I am pleased to say that I am the happiest man alive and that I owe my life and freedom to the Weintraub Team ! It has been a very long 7 mon...ths since my arrest, unsure of how my life would end up with this possible felony record hanging over my head. Throughout this time The Weintraub Team has worked tirelessly to get the results desired. A few days ago I received a call from Howard personally explaining to me that he was successful in getting the ADA to drop my case. WOW I was in complete shock !
