OUTSTANDING!!!

STEVE AND PATTY WERE EXCELLENT! THEY MADE MY UGLY DIVORCE TURN OUT IN MY FAVOR WITH GOD'S HELP!! THEY REALLY FOUGHT FOR ME AND MY SON AND MADE SURE WE WERE NOT RAILROADED IN ANYWAY. THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL TEAM AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

An Attorney who really gets it!

Mr. Shewmaker totally understands how to treat a client, from showing empathy, being accessible, responsive, and keeping us informed throughout the process. Our family engaged his services when our teenage son needed legal representation. Not only was his style very straight forward and direct, but h...e comforted us repeatedly letting us know that all his resources(and those of his firm) were behind us 100%. We were always informed of any changes in the case, he negotiated with law enforcement on our son's behalf and gave solid advice for us to follow based upon the circumstances. It was very comforting to have a professional guiding us through the process, it took a lot of burden off my wife and I knowing he was in our corner. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal advice in his area of expertise.

Awesome Attorney

Steven Shewmaker of Lynch & Shewmaker, LLC is an outstanding Attorney. He turned my potentially ugly divorce into a quick, amicable and relatively painless process. Never any pressure, only great knowledge and advice. Steven explained every step so there were no surprises along the way. His exper...ience and involvement in the military and various legal arenas makes him a wealth of information and talent. I never once doubted his abilities or my decision to use him (and Patricia "Patty" Shewmaker) during my divorce. Steven is an amazing person and Attorney. There is no one better.

Satisfied with the Service

I hired Mr. Shewmaker for my divorce case. Initially he was slow and wasn't paying much attention to my case. His assistant was working on my case. But after some discussion with Mr. Shewmaker, and not getting things done on time as he mentioned at the beginning, he has started working on my case. My... case has been settled outside of the court because of the time and money I had to waste to get justice. Mr. Shewmaker is very knowledgeable and smart. He has always given me the best advice regarding my case and my future life. I definitely recommend him if he is ready to work on your case on his own.

I Would Strongly Recommend Against.

I would strongly recommend against Shewmaker and Shewmaker. As an attorney myself, I knew of Steve Shewmaker's reputation as a winning litigator. But I learned the hard way that there is an asterisk. I fired them after about one month. He might be good at military/government matters, but for fami...ly law, I found him to be that surgeon who's interested in his success/fail ratio, not the patient's actual wellbeing. They only wanted easy legal issues. Accordingly, I received disinterest in answering legal questions. Disinterest in my situation that didn't fit into a simple factual theory. Disinterest in my client objectives. Worst, disinterest when my ex-spouse began escalating her conduct. I'd emphatically recommend finding counsel elsewhere. No client should go through that in their time of need. - - -
