Successful And efficient.

I was issued a citation that would put me at risk for a three month suspension of my license, I promptly called Sam Nash and his office and he was able to reduce my citation and complete my case successfully and efficiently. No license suspension!

Professional, Smart and Conscientious

I hired Mr. Nash to represent me with respect to a ticket received during a traffic accident. I had a dashcam video that in my opinion showed that the other driver was at fault. However, I did not want to spend the money to go through a trial, but I did not want the ticket on my record which would ...cause my insurance rates to go up and perhaps be used in a civil litigation against me with the other driver. He was able to get the prosecutor to agree to dismiss the ticket without having to go through a hearing.

So helpful

Mr. Nash really helped me- I was in fairly serious trouble with a traffic citation, and he was able to get my charge reduced so that it didn’t even go on my record or insurance. It’s definitely worth it!
