He sent me consistent updates via email and his office was available when I had questions, everyone I spoke with was extremely professional and provided answers promptly. My case was merely a traffic violation but was successfully reduced to a basic rule...s violation, which is a non-reportable offense in Georgia that is not transmitted outside of the courthouse.
