ticket excellent customer service

Mr. Nash was very professional and explained to me my options concerning the citation that I was giving. I was visiting when this ticket occurred and Mr. Nash keep in touch with me and updated me on my case. If it had not been for him taking my case i would have had to travel back to Atlanta to addr...ess this ticket. he guided me step by step through this process and was very patient with me.
