Shortly after receiving a notice of a court date from Cobb County, I also received a letter from Sam Nash's office as a solicitation to help me with the moving violation summons. I spoke with Sam Nash, informed him of my goal for the moving violation to be reduced... to a non-moving violation. I decided to hire Sam during that call. My driving record is very clean and I wanted to keep it that way. I paid his fee to retain his services. Sam represented me to the ADA, and Cobb County reduced the violation to a non-moving violation. This means that no record will appear on my driving history or reported to my insurance carrier. No point on my license and no increase in my insurance premium was my goal. Success! Sam and his associates were very easy to work with. At no time did I have to appear in court.
