Firstly, I have professionally worked with many family law attorneys and had the opportunity to see some great ones and some "not so great" ones. However, I never worked professionally with Kathleen, but was representing myself in a nasty custody battle. I was fighting for my daughters and was strug...gling in court, mainly because I didn't lie and try to make my ex look bad. You would think that taking the high road would work....LOL. Kathleen just happened to be in court and witnessed my integrity getting destroyed by the other party. I became visibly upset and couldn't control my emotions and that is when Kathleen approached me and told me to relax, stay calm and she walked me out of court and talked me off the ledge. I called Kathleen, who was so happy for me. I did end up hiring her to review the agreement and have the judge sign off on it. I have since referred one person, who retained Kathleen and can't stop thanking me for the referral, as he did not have a good experience with his first attorney.
