I found Lisa Bertini and her staff to be professional and welcoming.  I had many questions and Ms. Bertini was very patient with me.  We had an added challenge as we were under Covid-19 restrictions!  Ms. Bertini and her staff were quick to respond to my emails and phone calls.  I was treated fairly ...and with kind consideration.
