Peace of mind

After being threatened by my previous employer with an NDA I had in place, and also having them harass my current employer without cause, I knew it was time to seek counsel. Mrs. Bertini set my mind at ease. After a quick consultation and forwarding the NDA to her, she was able to find the holes in... the NDA and assured me that I had nothing to fear as far as litigation coming my way from the previous employer. Though, if it had/does go to litigation, now I know who I want on my side.

Compassionate but tough!

She is straightforward. Listens and cares about her clients. She advised me on how to handle my situation quickly and effectively. She restored my confidence in myself. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Everyone is the office is kind and responds professionally and in a timely manner.
