While I was so nervous and anxious reaching out to Ms. Bertini since I had never been in a situation like I was, she was professional, understanding, and sympathetic from the start. I instantly felt comfortable. She had read and educated herself on what I had sent prior to talking with her so our con...versation jumped right into her thoughts and legal stance of my situation. She was honest and told me exactly what was fair and reassured how I felt and what I was entitled to. She succeeded in getting a prompt response from my employer, along with the compensation that I had earned and was entitled to. She was highly recommended to me and I'm so thankful I reached out to her. I would also highly recommend her to anyone seeking advice for wrongful treatment in the workplace.

I am about as thorough as it gets. Always measuring twice and cutting once. I vetted and met with two attorneys before Lisa and in the end, I went with her. After losing my job, I found myself in VERY unfamiliar territory. I've never sued (or held accountable) any company before and thought to take ...a softer approach, as that's just me. But, during my vetting, I initially passed up on Lisa as she seemed a bit aggressive. What a mistake! After meeting with attorney #2, they looked at my case and expressed that it was going to be a 'tough needle to thread'. In the same meeting, they shared that they were also pretty conservative. Immediately, I realized that's not what I needed. After all, I wasn't released from my job with a 'conservative' approach. I needed a 'pitbull in a skirt'. I then revisited Lisa. She excited me during our first meeting sharing that she does what she does to look out for those taken advantage of. There was nothing about my case that was 'tough to thread' to her. She immediately found the injustice. She was assertive, she and her team were always very responsive, and she was also very honest, even when it stung when educating me about any challenges. She was charming, witty, courageous, and always, always, always very strategic! This was someone who I needed on my team! (You need her on your team too!) Honestly, one of the BEST arsenals in my toolbelt! After navigating through the muck, she quickly got me what I respectively deserved! To this day I am more than satisfied. I supposed it's like they say, the third time's the charm! Lisa, thank you for all that you did to help me and my family, as they were impacted as well. But, especially for doing what you do every day!

Lisa and her team did a wonderful job with my case. They were efficient, got up to speed on the details of my case extremely quickly, and handled all interactions professionally. Most importantly, Lisa gave me great advice throughout the process that comes from her many years of experience. I felt... my matter was handled thoroughly and aggressively, and Lisa was always available when I needed her. While I did not accomplish everything I had hoped with my situation, I made that decision fully informed of the risks and rewards of pursuing the matter further.
