I want to thank Ms. Hicks for her amazing job, she was able to resolve my issue and get me a result I've never thought possible. I was cited in VA for doing 90/70 and been charged with reckless driving which is a misdemeanor. I live in NC, and this ticket would get my driver's license suspended since... it's over 80 mile/hr.
