Highly pleased with the professionalism and outcome from Mr Nichols on a case held in Prince William County. I contacted and called the lawyer firm where he works for a consultation and advice on how to handle my case. I found Mr. Luke Nichols by searching on the web after investigating what kind of charges I would be facing after accidentally passing a school bus. After doing so I was terrified of the possible fines and points on my li...cense. I found his firm on the first or second link I found after googling VA lawyers. Mr. Nichols assured me on the phone that I would be okay and provided me a concise list of steps to take before attending my court date. I provided everything he needed in the email and registered for a VA driver improvement class. I am glad I took the precautionary steps he recommended. When my day in court came, Mr. Nichols was there promptly and was able to reduce my citation from a "reckless driving" (with the possibility of $500 fine and 6 points) to an "improper driving" charge for $50 + court fees.
